FORVIA HELLA expands beacon family

The international automotive supplier FORVIA HELLA is expanding its popular K-LED Nano series of beacons with the new 50, 80 and 120 models, which meet the diverse requirements of modern commercial vehicles and various areas of application. The expanded portfolio is now available worldwide and will be presented for the first time at bauma 2025, the world's leading trade fair for construction machinery in Munich from April 7 to 13, 2025 (Hall A5, Booth 436).

"With the expansion of the K-LED Nano family, we are offering all customer segments a suitable solution," explains Dr. Fabian Utermöhlen, Vice President Program Management and Research & Development at Lifecycle Solutions at FORVIA HELLA. The K-LED Nano beacons are available in three different sizes and two mounting options, which enables optimal integration into different vehicle types. Customers can choose between flashing and rotating light functions. In addition, four light dome colours - amber, blue, red and green - are available. These options support the adaptation of the products to individual preferences and specific conditions of use.

The light dome protects the light source from external influences such as dust, water and mechanical damage, while improving light distribution. Another feature is the possibility of personalization with your own logo on the base of the beacon. "In this way, the K-LED Nano not only increases safety, but also strengthens the brand identity of our customers," says Utermöhlen.

With the expansion of the K-LED Nano series, FORVIA HELLA is setting standards in the safety lighting of commercial vehicles and thus offers a comprehensive portfolio for various vehicle types, from construction machinery to municipal vehicles and agricultural machinery.
